Our culture is built on three core values: Create Smiles, Get Stuck In, and Care For Each Other. We're looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to join our Management team at our Bognor resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of public areas, including team, rotas, and general activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and health & safety policies.
  • Coordinate and control planned and reactive works to deliver a prompt, efficient, and high-quality service, ensuring the resort complies with all current statutory legislations.
  • Oversee team activities, including recruitment, performance, and team development, ensuring regular 121's and PDP discussions to support team members' development and career growth.
  • Meet with internal customers to plan and prioritize work, responding to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, with a credible background in facilities management.
  • Strong operational experience, with knowledge and experience in electrical, gas, and water systems, and adherence to current legislation.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams, even at periods of high demand, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
  • IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of facilities management software.
