Job Title: Nights Facilities Officer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Nights Facilities Officer. This role will be based in our March office and will involve neighbourhood management of properties in the local and Cambridgeshire region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Work with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events that promote community engagement and social cohesion.
  • Take ownership of ensuring that the estates you manage are clean and tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly-tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance.
  • Regularly travel across local regions to meet our residents and respond to their needs, depending on the requirements of the business.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel across regions as required.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid role with a base location at our office in March and the ability to work from home and in the local regions in line with business needs.
  • Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
