The TalentPool Company is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead retail growth across all channels.

Reporting directly into the founder, the role will be fully responsible for developing revenue potential with new and existing retail partners, building out sales forecasts, and managing the P&L.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Top 4 Grocery and/or high street retail, preferably from food, drink, personal care, or beauty categories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing short- and long-term plans to drive geographical expansion, NPD launches, and growth initiatives
  • Developing and executing brand marketing campaigns to build the category
  • Leading the changes needed in the category and having a deep knowledge of disruptors in the market
  • Growing and developing a team of account managers as the business expands

This role is ideal for a passionate Sales Leader or someone stepping up into this role with proven ability for scaling a disruptive SME brand.
