Job Title: Sales Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to provide administrative support and coordination to our sales force at Technical Prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide office administration to the internal and external sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Log sales enquiries on to the CRM and direct to relevant account managers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with internal and external customers, building rapport and providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process sales orders in a timely manner, ensuring any issues are communicated to the responsible account manager and resolved efficiently.
- Prepare sales quotations by liaising with technical and sales teams, ensuring details accurately represent what has been agreed with the client.
- Liaise with operations to monitor order progress and update customers on delivery status, maintaining a high level of transparency and communication.
- Update and maintain customer price lists as instructed by the Sales Leaders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Assist sales personnel with travel planning and other administrative tasks, providing a high level of support and coordination.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills, with experience in a sales or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
