Veterinary Team Leader Required

We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at a thriving practice in Norwich.

About the Role
  • You will take on a key leadership role within the practice, mentoring and guiding a team of veterinary professionals.
  • You will provide hands-on coaching to veterinarians and nurses, designing tailored development plans to support their growth and success.
  • Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional patient care, while also overseeing routine and non-routine consultations.
  • You will work closely with management to enhance team performance and drive practice success.

About Our Practice
  • We have modern technology, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, and in-house laboratory facilities.
  • Fully stocked orthopaedic kits are available to support your clinical work.
  • Our practice prioritizes workplace wellbeing, with regular clinical meetings and a focus on mental health first aiders creating a positive work environment.

You will be joining a team of experienced vets, including certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology, as well as those pursuing further certifications.

Your Benefits
  • Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience
