Care Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Coventry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead a team to ensure people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
