This role involves coordinating annual reviews for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans, tracking progress, and liaising with curriculum areas to support individual needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and Health and Safety, and an understanding of multi-agency collaboration.
