Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learner Engagement and Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Apprentice Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for promoting our training programs and career development opportunities to local communities, guiding learners from initial interest to successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Communities: Develop and maintain relationships with local job centres, community organisations, and referral groups to promote Pathway Group's training programs.
  • Promote Training Offerings: Explain training options, entry requirements, funding sources, and career prospects tailored to the unique needs and goals of each community.
  • Guide Learners to Enrolment: Support learners in navigating the enrolment process, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring they feel confident in committing to a program.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, experience in outreach or community-based work, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals. A qualification in Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) or Careers Advice would be advantageous. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits.
