Component Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Component Sales Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and develop strategic relationships to drive sales growth
  • Respond to and quote on pre-vetted leads and enquiries with a fast turnaround
  • Monitor and update customers on stock availability
  • Proactively follow up with customers post-quote and address any queries or enquiries
  • Occasional travel for client visits or company events
  • Utilize MS Excel and Quantum systems on a daily basis
  • Stay up-to-date on industry certification and regulations
  • Understand trade inventory, loans, sales, exchanges, and other relevant concepts
Requirements:
  • Aviation component sales experience is essential
  • Experience using Quantum and MS Excel is required
  • Other aviation sales experience will be considered
  • Bilingualism is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to source parts for non-stocked items
  • Flexible and can-do attitude
  • Team player
