ELC Advisor - Manchester T1 - 18 Hours

About the Role

The ELC Advisor is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across our luxury beauty brands. As a skilled sales professional, you will be passionate about beauty and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our customers receive a personalized and engaging shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our brands, including Estee Lauder, MAC, and Clinique.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, using your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and meet the needs of our discerning customers.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and product knowledge, with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available for special events and promotions.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
