About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ELC Advisor to join our team in Manchester. As an ELC Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance across our luxury beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our brands, including Estee Lauder, MAC, and Clinique
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve shared goals
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and administration, ensuring a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
  • Flexibility regarding working for different brands, including multiple brands at one time
