About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including skincare and makeup, and will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on skincare and makeup products to clients
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
  • Make product recommendations based on clients' skin types and concerns
  • Assist with product demonstrations and training
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of skincare and makeup products and their benefits
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
