Job Overview

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a forward-thinking, innovative Global Financial Services organisation that values its employees. They are looking for an interim HRBP to support across the Front Office for a 14-month maternity cover.

About the Role

You will be providing first-class HR support to your front office client groups, managing the full employee lifecycle. This hands-on generalist role involves building effective relationships with stakeholders, overseeing HR processes, and contributing to various projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HRBP experience within Financial Services, ideally within the Front Office/revenue generating teams, and be used to working in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage the full employee lifecycle including ER, performance, talent development, engagement, and HR policies.
  • To champion new people initiatives, influence positive change, and identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to the HR function.
  • To ensure client groups are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of SMCR and employment law.
  • Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills, and decision-making skills.
  • A proven track record of HR business partnering.
  • A motivated self-starter with adaptability and decisiveness.
  • A strategic thinker with insight and agility.
