Role Responsibilities:
As an Expert HR Advisor for Financial Services, you will be acting as a trusted advisor offering coaching and support to leadership teams and senior business leaders. You will get involved in the entire employee life cycle, working closely with the business to drive the HR strategy, business performance, people capability, and engagement.

You will be responsible for identifying capability needs, workforce planning, driving collaboration and diverse working styles, promoting more progressive ways of working. You will also be instrumental in managing complex HR issues, supporting, coaching, advising, and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HRBP experience within matrix banking or financial services organisations. You will demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills, and strong decision-making skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £67,500 per year, based on a day rate of up to £700/day. The location is City of London, with hybrid working arrangements allowing for 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home.
