About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at RNAS Culdrose, working on a MOD site that provides training to the next generation of military capability and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Planned Maintenance, Reactive repairs, and remedial works, working alongside a small team.
  • Ensure a safe, legally compliant, functional, and compliant environment, including alarm systems, fixed electrical systems, lighting systems, and door controls.
  • Complete all reports and associated paperwork.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, with allowances paid and a company van provided.

Requirements

  • Previous experience delivering facilities management services for buildings and various equipment.
  • Ideal experience with electrical bias, but we will consider other trades, including HVAC, Mechanical, or Plumbing.
  • Flexible with a "can-do anything" attitude and appreciation of working at height, step ladder use, and inspection.
  • Full UK driving license and recognized qualification in a building service discipline.

Security Clearance

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance for this role.
