Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team as a Multi Trade Specialist. As a key member of our social housing maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks on properties around Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of maintenance work, including tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, and painting.
  • Visit various social housing properties to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess and report on maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Good multi-trade experience, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
