We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at PDA Search & Selection. As a key member of our client's facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a number of sites in the area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance, with a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. You will be responsible for completing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and positively to service requests from the helpdesk and assessing the requirements of the job to carry out repairs as necessary
  • Advising on-site customers of any repair and maintenance issues that may affect the smooth running of the site
  • Carrying out surveys and completing reports as required
  • Complying with company Health and Safety policy at all times
  • Participating in a 24/7 call out rota (1 week in every 4)

The successful candidate will have a full and valid driving licence and full use of their own motor vehicle. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a company van, company pension scheme, BUPA (single cover), and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
