Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Graduate Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their sales career and develop their commercial awareness.
About the Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract C-level decision makers to our events. You will work closely with our training team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have access to all the tools and resources you need to succeed.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £27,000, with the potential to earn £32,000+ in OTE

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, enthusiastic, and keen to learn. You will have a degree and be educated to a high standard. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure.
About Us
BMS Performance is a leading events company, financially backed by the third largest events company in the world. We host virtual and in-person events for a wide range of markets, including tech, finance, marketing, HR, IT security, and more.
Location
The role will be based in our London office, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. We are looking for someone who is able to commute to our office in Central London 3 times a week.
