About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Halfords. As a key player in driving business performance, improving customer experience, and progressing your career, you will have a strong background in hands-on experience as a mechanic.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers, while also playing a crucial role in driving profitability and the customer journey.
