About the School

Our specialist school in Slough provides a unique opportunity for individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of students with mental health and behavioural needs. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, supporting students in achieving their full potential. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support students in developing their social and emotional skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lesson plans that meet individual student needs.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 qualification or above (Degree-level qualifications are highly desirable).
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training). **Contract:** Long-term temporary, with the potential for permanent opportunities. **Hours:** Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
