Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting customers, advising stock levels, and providing product advice
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding customer orders
  • Making outbound calls to lapsed and existing customers to maintain and update customer contact lists
  • Working as an integral member of the Sales Team and offering support and help to all colleagues
  • Assisting in updating customer websites to include product ranges
