Job Title: Senior Manager Sales and MRO

Rotable Repairs, A VSE Aviation Company is seeking a Senior Manager Sales and MRO to lead the Customer Service and Sales & Asset Management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and manage RRL and consigned inventories, including investment strategy and availability management.
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenues and margins from trading owned and consigned assets.
  • Ensure revenue and margin accountability through effective sales and trading strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans for investment.
  • Develop and implement departmental functions, processes, and personnel.
  • Develop and implement MRO customer-focused strategies.
  • Manage key business partners and customers, ensuring excellent customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to manage key opportunities and customer/supplier relationships.
  • Establish individual and departmental objectives, KPIs, and targets.
Additional Departmental Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit and hire capable and competent personnel.
  2. Initiate, develop, and preserve customer relationships at all levels.
  3. Establish new sales channels and generate sales leads into the company.
  4. Negotiate sales opportunities, from individual component sales to long-term contracted maintenance programs.
  5. Develop and implement customer KPIs, reports, and communication strategies.
  6. Execute the sales strategy to ensure business objectives are met.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery terms are met.
  8. Possess full core competency knowledge for the range of the company's services across various aircraft.
  9. Attend tradeshows, conferences, and airshows as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree level preferred in business or technical discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management software.
  • Minimum 3-5 years aviation experience in a customer or sales-focused role.
  • Team management and development experience.
