Activities Coordinator 14hrs – Parkview, Bexleyheath

We are seeking a motivated and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Parkview Care Home in Bexleyheath. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a varied programme of social, cultural, and recreational activities for our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a programme of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- Work with staff, families, and volunteers to enhance the care and support of residents.
- Organise and lead activities such as music and movement, games, quizzes, and external outings.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet individual needs and promote independence.
- Health and Social Care NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in recreational activities and creating an elder-centred community.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
