Job Overview

Central London is home to a Tier 1 Main Contractor seeking a Senior Document Controller to oversee projects and provide guidance to Document Controllers and Assistants. The successful candidate will work in the company's office, enforcing core values and behaviours, including taking ownership of workload, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining document quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in routine document control activities, QA checks, RFIs, workflow management, and transmittals to contractors. They will also ensure designers and contractors publish documents according to protocols and assist with producing O&M Manuals as directed. A weekly Asite Status Report will be prepared and distributed to the project team, and new projects will be created on Asite. The role requires developing and maintaining user guides.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Routine document control activities on various projects.
  2. QA checks, RFIs, workflows management, and transmittals to contractors.
  3. Publishing documents in accordance with protocols.
  4. O&M Manuals production assistance.
  5. Weekly Asite Status Report preparation and distribution.
  6. New project creation on Asite.
  7. User guide development and maintenance.
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
