Claims Tech Expert: Private Clients

We are seeking a talented individual to join our highly successful Private Clients team. The Claims Tech/Adjusting Executive role is a technical assistant position that supports our renowned adjusters in handling private clients claims of significant value and complexity. You will work closely with our adjusters to ensure exceptional service and handling throughout the claim lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Supporting adjusters in preparing claim documentation and maintaining electronic files
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all parties are updated
- Managing correspondence and case enquiries, and providing technical assistance as needed
