Claims Tech Specialist

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining electronic files, and preparing claim documentation to a high auditable standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to adjusters in handling complex claims
- Maintain electronic files and prepare claim documentation to a high standard
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiries as directed
- Accurately record daily time and deliver a high proportion of chargeable hours
