We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team at Lamledge School, a specialist education provider for pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. As an Education Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students, maximising their achievement and potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement lesson plans, support students with individual needs, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an SEN setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
