We're looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Lamledge School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support our Teachers to deliver high-quality education, maximising pupils' achievement and potential.

This is a great opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about improving the lives of pupils with varied and complex needs. Our school provides specialist education to pupils with social, emotional, and behaviour difficulties.

As a member of our team, you will work in a therapeutic and trauma-informed environment, delivering education that promotes interaction and learning. You will be responsible for supporting individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships with pupils.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent support skills, motivation, personal qualities, and resilience. A GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English is required, as well as experience working in an SEN environment.
