Lamledge School, part of the Outcomes First Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to deliver high-quality education to pupils with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,300 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
As a Teaching Assistant at Lamledge School, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Working with individual and small groups of pupils to promote interaction and learning
- Preparing classrooms and materials
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Maths and English Level 2 or above qualifications
- Calm and engaging demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Genuine motivation to help every pupil reach their potential
