Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management Strategy: Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance property value and drive investment returns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities to identify value enhancement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the asset management team in executing business plans, including leasing strategies, capital improvements, and disposition strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful operation and management of properties.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, development, property management, and legal, to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12-16 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, with a proven track record of success in managing institutional-quality real estate portfolios.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of real estate markets, asset classes, and industry dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
