Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will help you grow and develop your skills in the commercial real estate sector? Praxis Real Estate Management is seeking a talented Retail Asset Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Asset Management & Regeneration Director in delivering the asset business plan.
  • Maximise net operating income by driving rental growth and reducing shortfalls.
  • Identify new income opportunities across shopping centres.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management & Regeneration Director to align with the Council's vision for each shopping centre.
  • Drive asset enhancement projects and support the regeneration of local town and city centres.
  • Take ownership of available space refurbishment, marketing, and letting of void units.
  • Achieve income targets through effective management of lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clauses.
  • Manage the assets' P&L and service charge budget.
  • Oversee in-house project and centre management teams to ensure cost-effective site management and service contract efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Asset Management, particularly within shopping centres.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Expertise in property management with a commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio.
  • Experience working with Local Councils or a background in regeneration projects.
