Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Intern to join our Real Estate team in London. As an intern, you will work closely with our seasoned team of real estate investment professionals in both M&A and portfolio management teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and portfolio companies throughout Europe and interact with and support the global investment team network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior Brookfield management on deal origination and execution
  • Perform complex financial modeling and cash flow analysis to support investment decisions
  • Participate in every stage of deal execution, including preparation of investment committee memorandums and ad hoc tasks
  • Assist portfolio company management teams with strategic activities, including bolt-on acquisitions, financings, business plan forecasting, and operations
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends to inform investment decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, real estate, or law
  • Previous real estate M&A internship experience is beneficial
  • Genuine interest in real estate and strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills in English
