Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our independent living scheme.

Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality support services to our residents, enabling them to live safely and independently. This includes conducting regular well-being checks, identifying and managing risk, and developing relationships with partner agencies to deliver a range of community-based initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and external partners. A strong understanding of housing management principles and practices is also essential.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a housing environment or recent demonstrable experience of frontline customer service.
  • Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn in-house systems.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate information capture.
  • Motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
