Trust Administration Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and efficient part-time administrator to join our team at Randstad Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Your main duties will include typing and circulation of correspondence, diary management, note taking at meetings, filing, scanning, photocopying, and dealing with internal and external mail. If you have a strong background in administration and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £11.67 per hour, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as enhanced holiday package, pension, employee assistance programme, high street discounts, and more.
About Your Skills and Experience
- You have at least 6 months of relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity.
- You possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with minute taking.
