About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Belfast area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a range of secretarial, administration, and clerical duties.
  • Working closely with all members of the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Typing and circulation of correspondence.
  • Diary management.
  • Note taking at meetings.
  • Filing of all letters, memos, and reports on a daily basis.
  • Recording and maintenance of all invoices.
  • Administration and accounting of petty cash.
  • Scanning and photocopying as required.
  • Dealing with internal and external mail.
  • Covering for other administrative staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months' relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity.
  • Minute taking experience is essential.
  • Health and Social Care Trust experience is advantageous.
  • Min 3 GCSE's including Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Highly motivated.
