About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Belfast area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Providing a range of secretarial, administration, and clerical duties.
- Working closely with all members of the team to enhance service delivery.
- Typing and circulation of correspondence.
- Diary management.
- Note taking at meetings.
- Filing of all letters, memos, and reports on a daily basis.
- Recording and maintenance of all invoices.
- Administration and accounting of petty cash.
- Scanning and photocopying as required.
- Dealing with internal and external mail.
- Covering for other administrative staff.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months' relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity.
- Minute taking experience is essential.
- Health and Social Care Trust experience is advantageous.
- Min 3 GCSE's including Maths and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated.
