Exciting Opportunity for an Assistant Manager at The Original Factory Shop

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at The Original Factory Shop in New Ollerton. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in creating a friendly and welcoming environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in motivating the team and driving sales performance
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and build loyalty
  • Work with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Actively encourage engagement with the local community to drive top results

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a retail environment
  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to manage and engage a team
