About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit. This includes people management, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Unit Business Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient operation of the business
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the business
