Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Newark. As a key member of our shop management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and championing our charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Shop Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring a great retail experience for our customers.
  2. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing KPIs and performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  3. Be a passionate advocate for our charity, raising awareness of our work and generating item and cash donations from the local community.
About You:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in the retail sector, delivering sales targets and driving business growth. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for our charity's mission.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  2. 21 hours per week, with flexible working options available.
  3. 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays) with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days per year.
