Salary: £11.44 per hour (or £11.54 for some roles)
Job description
We're seeking passionate and hard-working individuals who can provide exceptional care and support to our service users. Although experience in healthcare is beneficial, it's not essential as we offer full training.
Key responsibilities
- To provide high-quality care and support to service users in their homes and local communities.
- To promote independence, skills, and confidence among service users.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users.
Required skills and qualifications
No formal qualifications are necessary, but enthusiasm, empathy, and a willingness to learn are essential.
