Clerical Officer Claims Specialist

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in clerical work? We are seeking a skilled Clerical Officer to join our team as a Claims Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling claims received from solicitors and members of the public, performing administrative tasks, data input duties, and answering telephone enquiries.
This is a full-time temporary position until January 24th, 2025, with an immediate start. As a Clerical Officer Claims Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for claims-related matters and will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims capture function
- Perform administrative tasks and data input duties
- Answer telephone enquiries and respond to correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all claims correspondence
We require a minimum of 1 year's clerical experience, with excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. You must also be able to demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
