Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work alongside a designated business manager to develop new recruits and provide a solid foundation for success.
Key Responsibilities- Work in collaboration with the Business Manager to define a strategy for success and identify opportunities for service uplifts and contractual renegotiation.
- Spending time with customers to understand their problems and challenges and working collaboratively with the commercial team to solve these problems.
- Account management and continuous engagement within valued long-term relationships.
- Setting agreed KPI's with your business manager and managing your own behaviors.
- Setting a defined new business strategy in collaboration with the designated business manager to generate net new accounts for us.
- Excellent organisational and proposal writing skills.
- A UK Driving License.
- Experience of ConnectWise CRM.
- Face to Face business sales experience.
