About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our Sales Team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Business Manager to define a strategy for success and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with our Commercial team to identify opportunities for service uplifts and contractual renegotiation
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with our Business Manager
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably ConnectWise
  • UK Driving License
