Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Business Manager to define a strategy for success and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with our Commercial team to identify opportunities for service uplifts and contractual renegotiation
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with our Business Manager
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably ConnectWise
- UK Driving License
