Residential Care Supervisor

Serving as a Senior Care Assistant at CV-Library care homes involves providing personalized support and care to residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of Care Assistants, collaborating with the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team in areas like medication management, assessments, and care reviews. Above all, you will prioritize resident dignity and preferences, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.
To be successful as a Senior Care Assistant, you should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We also require candidates with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a compassionate and committed individual, you will deliver individualized care and support to our residents.
