Head of Clinical Operations

Our client, an innovative and stealth-mode biotech company, is at the forefront of developing treatments in the neuropsychiatry space. Focused on early-phase (Phase 1 & 2) clinical trials, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee their clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and medical, to align clinical operations with the company's overall strategy.
  • Oversee protocol development, site selection, trial monitoring, and data collection, while ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Build and manage relationships with CROs, clinical sites, and external partners to ensure high-quality clinical trial delivery.
  • Deep understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
