Location: London
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of our Directorate and take responsibility for GI, Gastroenterology, and Endoscopy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operational management of the Directorate, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to patients.
- Work closely with the Divisional Director of Operations, Clinical Director, and Lead Nurse to develop and implement service strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of service improvements and efficiencies that enhance patient care and improve patient pathways.
- Build effective relationships with clinicians and clinical teams, inspiring and engaging staff and external partners.
- Deliver high-quality services, achieving set and agreed quality standards, financial targets, and levels of performance.
- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clinicians and clinical teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the development of service strategies and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement service improvements and efficiencies.
