**Adult Care Assistant/Support Worker Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate adult care assistant/support worker to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to adults with complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting wheelchair-bound service users using hoists
- Establishing good daily routines and performing personal care
- Providing seizure care (training provided)
- Displaying emotional resilience to support service users with life-limiting conditions
- Working to a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with adults with complex needs
- Experience in PEG feeding, epilepsy, and moving and handling or prepared to undertake training
- Strong communication skills
- Registration under the PVG scheme
- A full driving license (essential)
**What We Offer:**
