Adult Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Senior Care Worker to join our team at Jude's Homecare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services to our clients in their homes.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care to clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring effective communication and support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes in condition to our care team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a carer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on adult care principles.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as NVQ 3 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
