Job Title: Commissioning Manager - Propulsion Systems Lead
Location: Onsite, with flexible working arrangements available.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead our Test and Commissioning programme for Propulsion Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of our commissioning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver commissioning projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated and that the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commissioning activities are aligned with the overall project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the project successfully.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commissioning and test management, with a strong understanding of propulsion systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that commissioning activities are aligned with the overall project objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge of propulsion systems, with a strong understanding of commissioning processes and procedures.
