Regional Head of Business Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Head of Business to lead our Used Car Dealerships in the south of England.

About the Role: As a Regional Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a large team across multiple sites, driving results in a fast-paced, volume-based business within the Automotive Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  2. Lead by example, manage, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional performance.
  3. Unleash the potential of each site by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance.
  4. Ensure compliance and customer experience standards are met.
  5. Report site performance to the Sales Director and board of directors.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in driving results within the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Great computer literacy.

Working Pattern: The role will require a mixture of weekends and weekdays, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
