We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager / Head of Business to lead our regional operations in the south of England. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams across our Used Car Dealerships in Surrey, Kent, and London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company that offers a wide range of electric vehicles to cater to diverse customer needs. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering business results in a fast-paced, volume-based environment within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Great computer literacy and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- The ability to travel between sites, with occasional overnight stays, to support business operations and team development.
Working Pattern: A mix of weekdays and weekends, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota-dependent. An extended in-house training period will be required initially, which may involve travel to other parts of the business to absorb the company culture and processes.
